In this session you have one project to write a letter to a head of region (Camat/Bupati/Gubernur).
One project is written by two students.
The main issue from your letter is "this is time to start thinking of conducting a study on the use of ethanol or another form of alternative energy".
To write the letter, follow the steps below:
1. In the top right corner, write your address.
2. Below the address, write today's date.
3. Leave two spaces and write the name and address from head of region.
4. Leave two spaces under the name and address from head of region and begin with a salutation: Dear Excellency/Mr./Ms.
5. Leave anther space, and start the first paragraph. Here, say that you are concerned about pollution is caused mainly by the emission of motor vehicles.
6. In second paragraph, suggest that is time to find alternative energy sources and than propose ethanol as a good alternative.
7. In third paragraph, you can suggest that the head of region can consult energy and environmental expert about conducting research to see if ethanol is a wise solution.
8. In the last paragraph, thank to head of region for taking time to read your letter.
9. Leave two spaces, and write the closing with: Yours sincerely. Below this, leave a large space so that you can sign your name and below your signature.
